CEfrag™ Screen: Fragment Screening Using Cappillary Electrophoresis - an Innovative and Useful Tool for the Fragment Screening Tool Box: The CEfrag™ technique is explained and it's advantages discussed. It's application is demonstrated by two case studies (Hsp90; MDM2). The Selcia Fragment Library: Design, Analysis, & Quality Control: Metrics and characteristics of the library are discussed. These posters were also presented at the 16th SCI/RSC Medicinal Chemistry Symposium in Cambridge, UK on 11-14 September 2011.
